We are offering a Lifting Assembly that is easily installed in the attic by the opening to the attic. It is installed with twelve screws to the ceiling joist and floor in less than thirty minutes. Any handy person should be able to accomplish the job. It is connected to 120 voltage.
Once installed, the hoist is operated by a down button, and a hook on a cable comes down to lift any item up to one hundred pounds. The straps shown on our video and pictures will be wrapped on items to be lifted and the UP button will hoist it up.
